Every template we build is compatible with Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid, MailerSend, Resend, and Klaviyo. We deliver both a production-ready .html file and the .mjml source so you can deploy on any platform that accepts custom HTML.
A single custom template typically takes 2–4 business days from brief to delivery. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available at a premium. Larger packages (5+ templates) are scoped on a project timeline agreed upfront.
No. If you are using Mailchimp, Brevo, or Klaviyo you can upload the .html file yourself — the README walks you through it in under 5 minutes. If you want automated sending (triggered by signups, purchases etc.) that requires integration work which we offer as a separate service.
Ideally: your logo, brand colors, and any copy (text) you want in the email. If you don't have copy ready we can write it for you as an add-on. Brand kit creation is also available if you need colors and fonts defined from scratch.
